 Dalia Cabrera Orengo, founder of Perseverance Patient Advocacy LLC and proud member of the Alliance of Professional Health Advocates (APHA), is an Independent Patient Rights Advocate with over 17 years of experience in health plans, including Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and private plans in Puerto Rico.

She knows how difficult and frustrating it can be to navigate the healthcare system — and she is here to help you face it with confidence.

Her mission is to support patients, families, and caregivers who have trouble accessing the healthcare services they need. If your health plan denied a service, the paperwork is confusing, or you don’t know where to turn, Dalia Cabrera Orengo guides you and helps you find clear and effective solutions.

Before founding Perseverance Patient Advocacy LLC, she worked for many years in health plans as a Customer Service Representative. Account Executive and Compliance Manager, collaborating with doctors, insurers, and support staff to ensure that the patient’s voice is heard and respected.

Perseverance Patient Advocacy LLC is the first independent patient advocacy firm in Puerto Rico, serving clients both on the island and in the United States. Our goal is simple: to help you know your rights, make safe decisions, and receive the quality healthcare you deserve.
